Clear your cache. See the latest version.
Browsers save parts of websites to help them load faster. When an old saved copy gets in the way, this guide shows you how to refresh it on your device.
A saved copy is useful—until it is out of date.
Clearing cached files asks your browser to download fresh page content.
Fix stale images or formatting

Start with a hard refresh
It reloads the current page without making you clear all browser data. This is often enough after a website update.
Windows or Linux
Ctrl + Shift + R
Works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
Mac
Command + Shift + R
For Safari, use Command + Option + R.
How to clear your browser cache

Clearing cookies or website data may sign you out and remove saved site preferences. Clear cached files first unless your support contact asks you to clear more.
What caching is—and what it is not
A cache is a temporary collection of website files stored on your device. Your browser can reuse images, styles and scripts instead of downloading them every time.
That usually makes browsing faster. But after a website changes, the browser may briefly keep showing an older file. Clearing the cache removes that temporary copy so the latest version can load.
Cache
Temporary page files that help websites load faster.
Cookies
Small files that can remember sign-ins, preferences and sessions.
What changes
Images and page files download again the next time you visit.
What stays
Your bookmarks and saved passwords remain unless you deliberately select them for deletion.
Still seeing the old page?
Close every browser window, reopen the browser and try again. If the issue continues, take a screenshot and send it to your support contact with your device and browser name.
